As I was sitting down to write this week’s goals, one thought crossed my mind…what would happen, if for one week I gave my absolute best? I’ve always had the sense of “I am not where I want to be because I’ve actually not given it my all”. So I decided, for one week…no excuses…to attempt what I would consider my absolute best. The worst that can happen is I fail.
So for the coming week, I’ll do the following:
Launch an MVP of a product idea I have (will likely be a crappy version)
10-minute meditation every day
20 to 30-minute workout session every day
At least 2 healthy meals per day
Minimum of 7 hours of sleep per day
4 hours of productive work output (actively coding or producing). This week is Fix Hack & Learn week. My goal during the week is to: a) Be actively involved in 1 hack project b)Upskill in Kusto query language
Actively check in on all my friends (Can’t do this daily though)
15-minutes daily reading. Books I’ll be switching through are: Intelligent Investor (re-reading), Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less, and Radical Candor
