As an entrepreneur I would have to disagree. Whilst economics dictate that you need regulation to ensure you have a strong ecosystem, setting such high barriers to entry would only serve to reduce disruption in the said ecosystem. You were able to launch and validate the idea because of Kenya, which I’m sure went a long way in helping raise your first series.
So maybe even as regulation is considered, new players to the market be taken into consideration.
